Villa KIKI is fantastically well located, only seven minutes walk from the world renowned Hotel Villa Mahal and it’s most stunning beach club with exclusive facilities. Our Villa has specially tinted windows to make it cool and serene inside and sunny and hot outside in the high season. It is modern and contemporary and set up for a luxury retreat with a lush and green garden surrounding it. Set in a hillside area of Kisla and with a highly enviable infinity pool meeting with stunning Taurus Mountain views and blue sea and sky, this will make your dream holiday come true. The outdoor space is generous and it’s hard to imagine a more perfect spot to swim, sunbathe and shake off the stresses of day-to-day life. Stylish and elegant, Villa Kiki is the classic romantic retreat, but if you can bear to share this paradise with someone else, Villa KIKI is also a fantastic family villa with separate single beds which can be arranged for the children or teenagers to share.

Kalkan’s other great appeal is the wide choice of excellent and surprisingly sophisticated restaurants and rooftop bars crammed into the narrow streets and along by the harbour. If you are inquisitive and wish to explore more, then the sights of the Turquoise coast are many and varied. A long sandy beach at Patara, ancient ruins, the beautiful setting of Kaputas beach which is not far from Kisla where Villa KIKI is located, scuba diving in Kas, the possibility of a cruise along the coast line. All of these will leave you with happy memories of your holiday.
There is selection of local wines in the comprehensive welcome pack which also includes information about sightseeing and cruising around the Turquoise Coast.

Other: A large solar / electric hot water system on the roof of the villa provides plenty of hot water, but you may need to run the tap for a while before the water flows through at the correct temperature. A first aid kit is located in the entrance cabinet. If you have any medical problems, please speak to our property manager. There are English speaking doctors in Kalkan listed on the contact page and the closest public hospital is in Kas, about 20 miles east.

When you are staying at Villa KiKI, we can arrange breakfast and meze deliveries, fresh bread every day and you can enjoy the delicious Turkish food by the most stunning infinity pool all day long. VILLA KIKI has a lot of personal touches and has been created in a way to maximize comfort with uninterrupted WI-FI connection, unlimited internet access, and some selective English movies to watch all day long.

Some books are in the Villa to help you check on day trips you might want to take. We recommend a day at Patara Beach, about 20 minutes drive back towards Fethiye, Kaputas Beach, a 10 minute drive towards Kas and then on to Kas, about 25 minutes drive further.
Islamlar in the mountains is a pleasant retreat from the heat and there are plenty of restaurants there specialising in trout dishes.
Kalkan has over 100 restaurants for dining out, from informal lunch spots to gourmet restaurants. They are generally located in the harbour area, the Old Town, the commercial parts of Kalkan, in Islamlar, a 15 minute drive into the mountains and in other remote places further afield. Close to the Villa are Fidanka in Kisla and Guru's Place and Adams in Bezirgan. The prestigious Hotel Villa Mahal is located on the sea front on the other side of Kisla and offers dining, bar and a swimming platform.
