****MUST RECYCLE****
Recycle goes into yellow lid container.
Trash goes into green container.
Place all trash *well tied* into the provided 96 gallon container located at the curbside.
Please report damages immediately.
*Please respect our neighbors, No loud Noise outdoors after 10 PM.
*Confetti use prohibited inside both houses!
*No shoes allowed inside the house.
*No shoes allowed on the trampoline, please take your shoes off.
*Cover the hot tub after use to prevent leaves and debris getting into the filters, breakage, motor overheating and lock down the cover so it doesn’t get blown away by the wind.
*During snowing weather please park your cars on the left-hand side of the driveway so that snow removal services are able to access and clean the driveway.
*Pool, Playground & Trampoline:
Keep children under adult supervision at all times!
*Other information for your convenience:
There is a garbage disposal service where you can take your trash to:
Their fee is $4-5/black 30 gallon bag.
