Apartment has a 2 bedrooms with double beds, living room with flatscreen TV with satellite programs with dining room and fully equipped sea view kitchen. Bed linen is provided and the beds are already made on arrival.There is also bathroom with shower cabine, toilet with toilet paper, soap. Washing machine is in laundry (option, paymnet). This apartment has large terrace with garden furniture and Mediterranean plants. Villa has private parking space and for 1 apartment is reserved 1 parking space.
Also villa has outdoor pool 4m x 8m x 1.5m depth with sun loungers and outdoor shower.Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt. Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered.

We have 2 National Parks 15-30min from Villa: National Park Krka 25km (with boat or with car) and National Park Kornati 12km with boat. Sibenik is town with UNESCO Heritage (St. Jacob Cathedral and St. Nikolas Fortress).
This house is our small paradise and has everything you need if you like spending your holidays in a small, lively place.Nice gym is provided in basement with exercise equipment, stepper, running belt, room bike and there is also billiards, table football, darts.
Gym is open 9AM- 9PM every day.
Pool is open 9AM- 9PM every day ( seasonal Pool, May- October).
We can organized transfer to/from airports, shops, excursions.
