The dining room has a dining area for five people. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with large freezer compartment, microwave, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, coffee/tea service for a fee, Nespresso machine, capsules for a fee, fruit juicer, kettle, toaster as well as complete crockery for five people and various pots, pans and cooking utensils. Air conditioning/heating is available in the living area. A baby cot can be provided on request. A tumble dryer and a washing machine for shared use (with coin slot) are available.
