type of building: Multiple-family dwelling.The holiday flat is in a quiet location in the Bernstein residence - completed in 2008. The holiday flat is north-west facing, on the north side you have a view of the new, healthy air-giving graduation tower and the beach entrance, on the west side you have a view of a coniferous forest that stretches to the German border about 800m away. The building is located in the first row, in front of the entrance to a kilometre-long, wide sandy beach.
The building has a locked car park and a locked bicycle room. Parking space bottlenecks in the high season: In the warm season, there may be bottlenecks in the building's own car park. If necessary, you will have to park in the centre and leave a note with your telephone number or use neighbouring streets (paid parking zone). There is also a pay and display car park about 200 metres away.
The comfortable, cosy, feel-good holiday flat on the high ground floor is suitable for up to 4 people. It has a floor made of real, warm ash wood. The holiday flat has a separate bedroom with a 2-person bed (new mattress from April 2025), a living room with sofa bed for 2 people and dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette (hotplates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, toaster) and a bathroom with a large shower (90 x 90 cm) and washing machine. The deep shower tray (with stopper) is suitable as a bathtub for children. By opening the wide double door to the bedroom, you can create more living space if required, e.g. during the day. Our customised, stylish built-in wardrobe between the bedroom and living room provides plenty of storage space. The flat is surrounded on both sides (north and west) by a continuous balcony of 10 m². You can watch several dozen German TV channels via satellite on the 43-inch LED TV with a paid Netflix account. You have free wireless internet access (WLAN). Also at your disposal: iron with ironing board, hairdryer, drying rack and hoover.
The flat was renovated in 2025.
The cross-border cycle and footpath runs past the building to the west. The Baltic Sea promenade with restaurants, cafes, exchange offices, bike hire, spa facilities with spa treatments and kilometres of cycle paths - including through nature parks - begins just a few metres to the east.
