This unique flat is on I. floor, sea view terrace, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a flat screen TV with satellite channels, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with sea view. Bed linen is provided and the beds are already made. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower cabin, toilet with toilet paper and soap. Washing machine is in the bathroom. This flat has a large terrace with garden furniture.
Villa has private parking and reserved parking.
The villa also has a 4 x 8 m x 1.5 m outdoor pool with sun loungers and outdoor shower.
Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt. Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered. Villa is situated on a perfect location. Vodice is a central Dalmatian tourist destination that lies 10 km of Sibenik. It is situated in the part of the Sibenik Riviera known for rich Mediterranean vegetation, charming bays with rocky and pebble beaches, as well as for Numerous islands and islets great for daily boat or yacht trips. We have 2 National Parks 15-30min from Villa: National Park Krka 25km (with boat or with car) and National Park Kornati 12km with boat. Sibenik is town with UNESCO Heritage (St. Jacob Cathedral and St. Nikolas Fortress). This house is our small paradise and has everything you need if you like spending your holidays in a small, lively place.
In the basement there is a nice fitness room with exercise equipment, stepper, running belt and bicycle. There is also billiards, table football and darts.
The gym is open daily from 9AM - 9PM.

Each flat has its own safe and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The first beach is just 50 metres away and the centre of Vodice is 120 metres away. The popular Bluebeach Beach is just a 2 minute walk away. The nearest restaurant is 100 metres away and you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. A boat rental is 80m from the flat and a car, scooter or bike is 250m in the village. First bakery is 160m away on foot. Organised boat trips to the national parks Krka (25 km) and Kornati (12 km) are 200m from the villa. You can play in sports facilities and sports grounds between 300 and 1200 m from the villa. Bus stop is 600m from the house and doctor and pharmacy are 500m away. Nice green market with fresh fruits and vegetables is 450m from the villa.
