On the island of Vir, in Lucica, you can find everything you need on holiday – summer, sun and crystal clear water. The ground-level house was renovated in 2015 and is just 100 metres from the beach.
Outside there is a grill area with a sitting area in the shade of a pergola with grape vines. There is also a big terrace with garden furniture, loungers and a parasol, as well as an outdoor shower available for common use. You can park your car on the enclosed site.
The cosy 80m² house can accommodate six people. It has two bedrooms with double beds (180cm wide). The spacious living room has a comfortable sitting area with a sofa bed for two children and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer and has a dining corner with space for six people. The adjacent bathroom has a shower and WC. There is also a separate dining room for six people. The house has air conditioning, which is in the living room and is also directed towards the two bedrooms.
