Apartment is a new, modern design with big private terrace with Mediterranean garden; 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with flatscreen TV with satellite programs with dining room and fully equipped sea view kitchen. Bed linen is provided.

Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt. Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered.Villa is situated on a perfect location.

We have 2 National Parks 30min from Villa: National Park Krka 25km (with boat or with car) and National Park Kornati 12km with boat. Sibenik is town with UNESCO Heritage (St. Jacob Cathedral and St. Nikolas Fortress).

This house is our small paradise and has everything you need if you like spending your holidays in a small, lively place.ade on arrival.There is also bathroom with shower cabine, toilet with toilet paper, soap and washing machine. This apartment has large terrace with garden furniture. Villa has private parking space and for 1 apartment is reserved 1 parking space.
Also villa has outdoor pool 4m x 8m x 1.5m depth with sun loungers and outdoor shower. Nice gym is provided in basement with exercise equipment, stepper, running belt, room bike and there is also billiards, table football, darts.Gym is open 9AM until 9PM every day.Pool is open 9AM until 9PM every day.

Each apartment has private safe and Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the site and the apartment. First beach is only 50m away and center Vodice is 120m. Popular Blue beach (pebble and sandy beach) is only 150m, walking distance. Nearest restaurantis 140m away and you can have a breakfast, lunch or dinner. Rent a boat is 80m from apartment andrent a car, scooter or bike is 250m in village. First bakery is on walking distance 160m away. Organized boat excursions to National Parks Krka (25km) and Kornati (12km) are 260m from villa.You can enjou in water sports and sports facilities 1200m from villa. Bus station is 600m from house and doctor and pharmacy are 500m. Nice green market with fresh fruits and vegatable is 450m from villa.
