The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed for up to two people. There is also an armchair. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 190cm) and the second has two single beds (90 x 190cm). There is a bathroom with a bath.

The house is in quiet surroundings. It is only 70 metres to the concrete beach and a five-minute walk to a pebbled beach that is more suitable for small children and also has a restaurant (pizzeria). The main beach in Okrug Gornji with a wide range of restaurants, bars and entertainment is about a five-minute drive away. The centre of town is about a kilometre from your holiday accommodation and has a weekly market, a post office, an ATM and cafés. Split airport is ten kilometres away.
