Our private 110m² apartment is located on the top floor of a quiet, cozy complex right by the ocean. It’s perfect for families, groups of friends (up to 6 adults), or couples who want extra space.

🏠 THE APARTMENT
Space: 110 m² of bright, airy living space.
Terraces: Two large terraces. The upper one is the highlight - offering a 180-degree view of the ocean and the coast.
Bedrooms: 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable King Size beds (180x200cm). One bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Capacity: Accommodates up to 6 adults comfortably (including the living area).
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms in total.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for real cooking (stove, oven, fridge, blender, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.).
Essentials: We provide high-quality bed linen, towels, a washing machine, hair dryer, and iron. Everything you need for a long or short stay.
Parking: Parking space is available in front of the complex.

The apartment is in a peaceful, beautiful part of South Tenerife. You get the best of both worlds: quiet nights and easy access to everything.
Beach: Just a 5-minute easy walk to the sandy beach of La Tejita.
Nearby: Bars, restaurants, local shops, and a great "Chiringuito" (beach bar) are all within walking distance.
Airport: Only 10–15 minutes from Tenerife South Airport (TFS). You’ll be on the terrace 30 minutes after leaving the terminal.
