An information pack will be sent out to you on confirmation of reservation to help you prepare for your trip.

There is a more detailed folder in the flat with all the necessary maps etc. Also included is an easy “how to use” guide for everything in the flat (from the heating to the TV).

Either I or the Property Manager will be on hand to see you into the flat and obviously there is always someone on the other end of a phone / email if you wish to contact us as well as friends in the neighbourhood.

We are also seasoned users of Air BnB and know what we like to see when we rent a flat or house!!
