Tempe vacation rentals

We stayed in this home, March 12-21, while we were in town for my daughter’s wedding. We loved staying here! The location was awesome. Very close to Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Town Lake, and close to Sky Harbor airport. The backyard was a dream. Lots of seating. We paid extra to have the pool heated. I’m glad we did, because others who were in town for the wedding, weren’t able to use the pools where they were staying. It was warm enough, during the day, but it gets cool at night. I think that is why the water was cold. The kitchen was nice and roomy, which was great, because I was putting together welcome boxes for our wedding guests. The decor was really cute. Several items were from local artists. One of my favorite things, was a skylight over the vanity in the master bath. Awesome for makeup application. The beds had lots of different pillows, which I really appreciate, because I have neck and back issues. I felt safe in this neighborhood. Many friendly neighbors waved at us. There were six of us staying at the home, and we were very comfortable, although we would have liked seating for one more in the living room. I recommend this location.

This was the most amazing home. Our youngest son completed the continental divide trail (Canada to Mexico) on November 2. We chose Kylie & Todds home as "Home Base" for its proximity to phoenix airport as we had our 2 other sons and their girlfriends joining us for a family reunion. The drive to the mexican boarder is a 6 hour drive, Kylie allowed us to check in a few hours earlier so that we could stock the fridge and pantry for our sons that were arriving that evening. Pizza friday is big with our family and "Mellow Mushroom" was the perfect suggestion. There is a brewery within walking distance that served delicious food and great beer. we were able to take a drive to the Grand Canyon (8 hours round trip) and spent a day in Sedona (4 hours round trip) My favorite time was hanging by the pool area, listening to music, playing corn hole and competing on the putting green. The only disappointment was the pool was not heated. because of the cool nights the water was too cold to enjoy.

My family and I were extremely happy with our stay in Phoenix area. The house was amazing. Everything in the house was like new . The patio in the backyard was great for our family to grill out or just sit outside at night and enjoy the cool night air by the gas firepit. We all loved how the patio was able to be lit up. Any questions we had were answered in minutes. Laura even provided us blankets to use to sit on the lawn at our baseball games. (Go Cubs!) We were even able to squeeze the large black van we had into the garage to keep it cool inside since the weather was in the 90's the whole week (awesome). The kids had fun going across the street and jumping in the pool (I even went over and enjoyed the hot tub) and tennis rackets and balls were also provided to play tennis. The cold water and beer provided when we arrived was an unexpected surprise! Fred and Laura were both very friendly and met us after we arrived to walk us through the house and showed us the patio lights and how to operate the grill and firepit. Thank you so much for a wonderful week staying and relaxing week your home! Oh and we were literally minutes from Albertsons (grocery store) and Starbucks (my kids were so excited to find this out)! Thanks again to Fred and Laura, we would love to stay at your home again in the future!

The place was incredibly close to Old Town—no more than 10 minutes to the most popular bars and restaurants, even on a Saturday night. But the standout feature was definitely the amenities. We had everything we needed and more: yard games (Connect 4, cornhole, pickleball, basketball, ping pong, board games, karaoke machine, and more), a beautiful pool and hot tub with plenty of floats, a grill (with full propane tank!), a fire pit, even a ring light for an influencer moments, the list goes on. There were also plenty of yoga mats, bath towels, and pool towels, which made a big difference for our large group, and we were all very comfortable throughout the stay. It was extremely clean and had every kitchen appliance you could ever want which made group meals smooth. My only complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer, we didn’t even get to try half of the games! The host was super responsive and provided very clear, easy instructions. We had a small issue during our stay, and she resolved it quickly.

We had a group of 6 girls and we all LOVED everything about this place! The backyard was absolute perfection. We were in the pool all day with the floaties and the most comfortable pool lounge chairs. The lawn games were also a hit. We spent the evenings under the covered gazebo with the fabulous fire pit. The house was very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen has everything you’d ever need and a huge tv for all of us to watch our shows. Lastly, the location was perfect. It’s on a quiet street and really close to Old Town. Heidi was so kind and responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. Don’t miss out on this property!

We drove down to Scottsdale from California (6 of us). After driving for 6 hrs we wanted nothing more than to stay somewhere where we could feel right at home during our stay. And that was exactly what we experienced in Mollys home from beginning to end! It felt very welcoming from the moment you opened the door! Spacious living room, kitchen with everything you would need to cook a meal and a perfect size dining area! They have 2 bathrooms and both are spacious! The beds in each of the 3 bedrooms were very comfy! The pool, BBQ area and patio area were perfect! This home is beautiful, well taken care of, very organized and clean (both inside and out)! My husband and I are already making plans to go out there again and book this PERFECT home! I recommend this home to anyone! Best Air B&B I have stayed at yet!

We stayed at Casa Mesa as part of an annual company retreat. The space was great for the four of us employees (two of us brought our spouses). It was January, so the pool wasn't warm, but we enjoyed the hot tub. I liked using the steam sauna after my morning run and then jumping into the cool pool. It's in a nice neighborhood, so I had no concerns running outdoors. The backyard has its own dock on the lake. We didn't use the paddleboat, but we enjoyed the view of the lake. We also enjoyed sitting around the gas fire pit on the back patio. The back patio had great lighting to make it festive. The pool table was fun to use, when we had a little down time. The main floor has a nice space for everyone to gather. The beds were really comfortable. We had two different people in our party talking about how they looked up the mattresses and were considering buying them for themselves at home. As the one who found the location, I appreciated that everyone else in our group really enjoyed it.

Robob and Frank, THANK YOU so much for opening your beautiful home for a much needed, relaxing & special weekend with all our adult children. We loved the Comfortable living area, beds and all the spacious bedrooms with nice touches. Much Appreciation for the well equipped spacious kitchen & pantry for gathering, cooking and eating 5 meals with our family of 10. We so enjoyed your sparkling pool, indoor games, etc. and hope to be back next year. Great communication with Robab with all my questions. Thank you for being so aware of our family & comfort.
