Check In: 5PM - Flexible

Your entry door to the upper floor is the BACK DOOR. Your entry to the lower floor is DOWN FROM THE MAILBOXES. Touch the keypad deadbolt and it will show you some random numbers. Touch those numbers and the entire keypad will light up. Enter the last 4 digits of your phone number and the lock will open. When you leave, touch the keypad then touch the lock symbol.

There are three queen beds in the three bedrooms. There is an additional charge for more than six occupants.

House Rules

No smoking or vaping indoors or near entrances. No pets. No parties or events. Quiet hours 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. You may have to shovel snow some days to get in and out of your place or to get your vehicle in or out of the driveway. Please wash your dishes, wipe surfaces if you dirty them, and sweep/mop if you track or drop anything on the floor. Not child-proofed for children and infants.

Payment Policy

The full amount is due ten days before check-in unless periodic payments are arranged through written communication. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to the day your next advance payment is due. Once paid, the reservation is non-refundable. If you've paid and you won't be occupying for all or part of your reservation, we'll open the listing and if we get guests, we can pro-rate your reservation after the other guest reservation is completed.
