Guest bedroom has a pull-down Murphy bed for use as a bedroom or an office.

Murphy bed has a VERY comfortable memory foam, queen-sized mattress.

Guest bathroom also has a full size washer and dryer for your use.

The pool deck is a tranquil place to cool down from the heat. With 350 sunny days a year average in Kona, you’ll appreciate this oasis just steps away from your lanai.

The hot tub on the pool deck feels great after a day of golfing or boutique shopping.

Covered table area by the pool deck is a great place to play games, cards, read a book, or meet the neighbors!

Bird of Paradise is one of our favorite tropical flowers.

Beautiful short walk to the Kona Sheraton for a spa day, a luau, or just to have some “pupus” (appetizers) or dinner on the oceanfront.

Just in case you’re concerned about proximity to any lava flow - it’s VERY far away, please don’t worry!

Aloha! Nice to "meet" you! I know that you will have a fabulous time in this sweet little coastal village of Kailua-Kona. As avid traveler myself, I have stocked the condo with all the essentials you will need for a comfortable stay. I am a lifelong Alaskan who loves to travel to Hawai'i.
