Welcome to this serene two bedroom two bath poolside escape. It's Just steps away from the pool and you will be sure to enjoy all the amenities this condo has to offer. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee or some cocktails outside on the patio or a nice cozy dinner under the palapa. The best thing is, it's just an eyeshot away from watching the kids play in the pool (if you decide to bring them along ;)..)
This cozy and inviting condo is located on the north side of the island and walking distance to some popular eateries and some favorite entertainment spots.
To get to the beach just put on your flip flops, turn on your music, take your drink and enjoy the breeze on a short 3-5 minute walk before you can sink your feet into the sand.

Guest access
Guests should only use the designated parking space to avoid car being towed away. Two vehicles are allowed on in front of the other

Other things to note
**You must be 21 years of age or older to execute this contract. ***Security Bracelets needed at an extra charge of $25 each for anyone at 10 years of age or older. $25 bracelets must be purchase only during (the month March , Easter Break week and 4th of July week). Bracelet can be purchase at Parklane Condominiums office located on the premises. CASH ONLY
