Pet Policy & Security Deposit Note:
We love welcoming pets to our mountain home! To accommodate your pet(s), we collect a non-refundable $75 pet fee per pet to cover post-stay cleaning. Additionally, because insurance policies exclude routine pet-related wear/damage and odor remediation, we collect a refundable $1000 security deposit via Stripe prior to check-in for stays with pets. This deposit is held during your stay and fully refunded to your card within 3 business days after departure, following our post-stay team inspection.

Welcome to The Wolf Den, a tranquil 2,340-square-foot mountain sanctuary built in 2020. Perfectly blending modern mountain design with the warm, comfort of a family home. Situated just 12 minutes from Winter Park Ski Area, we provide the ultimate quiet mountain escape with direct access to the Rendezvous trail system right across the street.

The space
Our home features a thoughtfully designed layout across three levels. We offer a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bath, a secondary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bath, a third bedroom with a king bed, and an inviting upper-level open-air loft furnished with two single beds.

The heart of the home is the expansive living room, defined by stunning vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace, the perfect place to unwind. Our fully stocked kitchen is perfect for creating amazing memories, boasting modern appliances, a gas stove, and a double oven for preparing meals. Dine al fresco on the adjacent covered patio, a space specifically designed for memorable summer dinners in the fresh mountain air.

Step outside on the back deck and enjoy your own private hot tub. In the summers relax by the firepit or enjoy some friendly competition on a dedicated horseshoe pit.

Additional amenities include a two-car garage (full pick up truck easily fits), highspeed wireless internet, a full washer/dryer, and board games.

To ensure you can pack light, we provide high-quality linens and a fully stocked bathrooms including soap, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover, and cotton pads/balls.

"Dog-friendly! We welcome up to two small dogs under 25 lbs (pet fee applies)."

Whether you are seeking a basecamp for mountain adventures or a quiet corner to recharge, The Wolf Den offers the peace and comfort you deserve.

Guest access
To ensure a smooth arrival, check-in instructions and your unique door code will be provided to you. So you can check in at your convenience. You will have full, private access to the entire home, including the garage, outdoor living spaces, and all amenities provided.

Consistent with most homes in the area our home does not have air conditioning, this is due to the high altitude cooler climate.

Please note that quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our neighborhood.
