The bed is a queen Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress. There are blackout blinds for the windows (installed April 2023)

The kitchenette is equipped with a convection toaster oven, microwave, mini-fridge, PUR water filter, Dash egg maker, and all the kitchen tools you need for basic meal prep.

We are a 10-min drive from the town of Port Orchard and a 10-min drive to the ferry dock which connects us to Seattle.

From Southworth Ferry Terminal:
- 26 min passenger-only ferry to Seattle Center (Pier 50)
- 15 min car ferry to Vashon Island
- 30-35 min car ferry to West Seattle

From our property:
- 40 min drive to Tacoma
- 40 min drive to Green Mountain State Park, for access to hikes with views of the Olympic mountains
- 70 min drive to historic Port Townsend and the cider route
- 75 min drive to Quilcene, the Lake Cushman area, for access to excellent hikes in the Olympic National Forest and National Park (Staircase area)
- 2 hour drive to Port Angeles and the ferry to Victoria, B.C.
- 2 hour drive to Mt. Rainier National Park
- 2 hour drive to Hurricane Ridge Visitor's Center in Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, Sol Duc Hot Springs
