The bird cage in the corner is well over a half of a century old. The brass noodle cart was used by a vendor in Hong Kong about that long ago. The credenza houses games and puzzles now, but 50 years ago it held the good dishes.

The dining room looks right out onto the pool deck.

Sci-fi and action movies from Prime or Netflix sound and look great on this Sony TV. Hulu, Disney and HBO Plus are also great. All stream for free. There is no log in and try to remember to log out in order to watch a movie!

Enjoy the beautiful view from this large room with a comfortable bed and a private patio. Add some seed to the window bird feeder and wake up to the sounds of a California Towhee Breakfast.

The Salinas Rodeo started in 1911 as a Wild West Show. Salinas is now a major stop on the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association circuit. If you are here in mid July, you should make plans to go (even if it isn't your first rodeo).

A large variety of different types of whales migrate through the Monterey Bay year-round. Depending on the month you are visiting, you may see Humpbacks, Orcas, Blue or Gray whales. There are two whale watching tours in closeby Moss Landing Harbor.

The boardwalk beach access in Moss Landing is 15 minutes from house.

The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is 25 minutes away.

Belle maison isolée sur 2,5 acres entièrement clôturés. Convient aux familles et aux chiens avec piscine et spa chauffés privés. Vues magnifiques !

Cette maison haut de gamme avec une piscine privée, un bain à remous et de l'espace, est à vous de profiter pleinement. Nichée sur une colline, avec une vue imprenable sur l'estuaire d'Elkhorn Slough et la baie de Monterey, cette maison isolée semble loin du monde occupé, mais elle est à seulement 25 minutes de Monterey et 25 minutes de Santa Cruz. Le kayak, l'observation des baleines et la plage la plus proche se trouvent à 15 minutes.

There is a lot of parking on the asphalt pad inside of the gate.

The house is on one level except the second living room which is a 1/2 step down. We have a wheelchair ramp that bolts into the front door threshold that we place for guest that need it as well as toilet grab bars, a shower seat and more. Please ask.
