Portland vacation rentals

Our stay in Debi's PDX Romance Studio was pretty great. The place looks amazing in the photos, and it definitely lived up to them once we arrived and settled in. Debi met us there, and was kind enough to show me around the space, and made sure I knew that we were guaranteed privacy, which was very nice of her. The studio opens up onto your own private garden with a porch and hot tub. It was incredible, and beautiful! The trees were so tall and lovely. We had a private driveway into the space, and a private entrance, which made it feel like a home away from home. It's just a 10-15 minute drive to the city center from there, which was really nice. It was also great to come back to the studio after a long day of walking, and then relax our tired muscles in the private hot tub. The studio itself was stocked with everything you could possibly need (there were even tampons in the bathroom cupboards!). Debi really thought of everything. There's this adorable little bookshelf that had a bunch of books, including some Portland travel guides, which I thought was such a nice touch. I could tell Debi gives a lot of attention to detail when it comes to her properties, and she gave this space a real personal touch with the little figurines, garden flowers, and cute color scheme. The hardwood floors were great, and the kitchenette had everything you could possibly need. They provided towels, hair dryer, bathrobes, the works! It really felt like it was this great cross between your own private, fabulously decorated home, and all the amenities a hotel would provide (so you don't feel like you have to run to the drug store every five minutes to pick up something you forgot to bring with you). This place was perfect! Debi's obviously gone to great lengths to make this space the perfect romantic getaway for couples coming to Portland. I can honestly say that if I go back there, I will definitely stay at PDX Romance again. Thanks for having us, Debi!!

The Weidler home surprised me as it had a 2nd loft with a twin mattress. I wasn't expecting that (also perhaps I did not read the listing). The place was clean as can be. Probably the most important thing to me in any Airbnb and the Weidler home nailed it. There were occupants in the other tiny homes on the property but I never saw them (the shades were lowered). The homes are very well insulated, I never heard a thing if there were people there. If you like your privacy like I do, you should have no worries at this place. The location is great, just a block from Joe's and a couple minutes more will get you to Please Louise, Bar West, and the whole NW 23rd corridor. Parking wasn't too bad considering how small the blocks are, I was always able to find a spot right in front or across the street. They give you a parking pass when you request it, a great perk not offered by any other Airbnb I've ever had in the area. The kitchen seemed well supplied, coffee grinder and coffee maker, the basics. I admittedly didn't dig into the kitchen beyond that as I ate all my meals out and was at work most of the day. The bed is super comfortable! The AC works very well! This is a very safe, quiet, and comfortable option in a great neighborhood with walking distance to everything you need food and drink-wise. Book your stay while there's still availability.

This is the Airbnb that other Airbnbs wish they were. Jayme went above and beyond to make us feel at home during a quick staycation while repair work was being done at our house. We even had tasty Valentine's treats waiting for us, since we were staying over the holiday. The apartment is very spacious and private and worked well for two adults working remotely. And, most importantly, the apartment had a fantastic set-up for making coffee, with many methods to choose from, including a moccamaster for premium drip coffee. The highlight of our stay was meeting Jayme's two extremely polite and friendly dogs, who came to visit us one morning on the patio. For anyone coming from out of town, this is a fantastic location, especially if you want to do as the Portlanders do. It's in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, but has quick, walkable access to great restaurants and shops along Division. 10,000/10 highly recommend

Got in a little late, so it was dark and a bit wet out, google maps had me thinming it was the not great looking apartments right before it, thankfully it wasnt, driveway is thin, but enough room for a sedan/small truck to pull in and turn around, place is clean enough, great spot for kids, the fridge has ice and water which is a bonus! It also has a bunch of rooms, since it was just me they locked all but 2 of the bedrooms. Has a great main shower i appriciate the hose attachment for my curls, they even had makeup wipes which was great because i forgot mine. Host is great with communication, would definitely reccomend for families since it has a crib and a kids tent in the living room. its right off a busy main road but isnt too noticeable inside at night, big yard areas as well. Since its only a few minutes from my sisters ill definitely be trying to book here for my future stays

Rachel and Holly were incredible hosts, very responsive and proactive about the accommodations. The place itself was very warm and inviting. There was ample natural lighting with several skylights to boot. I woke up every morning in a great mood from the warm sunlight peaking through the sliding door next to the bed and seeing the blue sky from the skylight above the bed. The mattress was beyond comfortable and was better than what I have at home. Perfect for those with back problems like myself or for the adventurous hikers. There are also plenty of extra blankets around in case you get cold. The wall to wall carpeting was another nice touch. The space was clean. There was no kitchen but there was a well stocked kitchette did the job. The bathroom was clean and the shower/bath had great heat and water pressure. They have several blueberry bushes in their yard and offered some during my stay. A perfect cherry (blueberry) on top during my stay. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for a month while we were displaced from our home for water damage. Charming older house with lots of character. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Cute neighborhood, and loved that we could walk to New Seasons, multiple restaurants, Coco donuts, etc. A few maintenance issues came up throughout our stay, and Laura was very responsive and open to feedback.

This was one of the most wonderful experiences I have had. It was like staying at an Aunt's house, while she is out of town. Dawn, her daughter, and her neighbor made me feel so welcome and at home. It's evident that their home has a lot of love and you feel it in the character of the house and the neighborhood. Dawn was extremely flexible despite my change of dates and her own upcoming trip and the unpredictable traffic from Seattle to Portland. Communication with her was effortless. I would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed staying at this studio apt! It literally had everything I needed as a nurse traveler. Bed was comfy, full kitchen with all supplies, bathroom with included essentials. The washer and dryer was available literally next door to the unit for free to use. There was a fenced backyard that was perfect to let my dog out in the back. Rachel was VERY communicative. She was quick to respond to my needs and was not far away If you needed her to come by! She also included the mailbox key if needed for mail. I would def stay at this studio again. It was perfect! Only CON: parking is street parking and everyday after 5pm it is hard to find parking on the street of unit due to the nearby restaurant traffic. I’ve had to park around the block or way down the street quite a few if I left the unit in the evening. However, this con would not keep me from booking here again.
