Nice vacation rentals

Alles in allem hat uns die Unterkunft gut gefallen. Die Lage ist top, man ist schnell am Bahnhof und in der Nähe gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern angezeigt. Der einzige Nachteil war leider die schlechte Geräuschdämmung der Wohnung und die Nachbarschaft war recht laut. Da wir tagsüber kaum in der Wohnung waren hat es uns nicht weiter gestört, nur sollte man sich auf etwas Lärm einstellen. Einmal haben sich Nachbarn außerdem fälschlicherweise bei der Besitzerin beschwert, dass wir Leute eingeladen und eine Party gefeiert hätten (was nicht der Fall war, wir wurden an dem Abend selber von dem Lärm gestört). Danach haben wir uns ein wenig unwohl gefühlt. Abgesehen davon hatten wir aber einen guten Aufenthalt.

The holiday apartment we rented in Nice exceeded our expectations in every respect. The location was ideal - quiet, safe, and just a few minutes by car from the Promenade des Anglais, various shops, a bakery and numerous excellent restaurants. The apartment itself was impeccably maintained, tastefully furnished and fully equipped. Particulary noteworthy are The high quality amenities, the comfortable sleeping arrangements and the thoughtful details that made our stay especially pleasant- including a reliable air conditioning system, high speed WiFi and a spacious rooftop terrace featuring varoius seating and lounging options, a whirlpool, a barbecue and an unparalleled view over the city. Communications with the host was smooth and professional. All relevant information was provided transparently in advance and the host remained easily reachable throughout our stay. On site, we were also warmly welcomed and supported by both the host's friendly and helpful representative and an equally courteous and attentive concierge. Check in and check out were straightforwarded and well organized. Overall, this is a property we can wholeheartedly recommend. This combination of location, amenities and service makes this appartment an outstanding choice for a stay in Nice. And we will definitely return!
