Big Bear Lake Brewing Company
Brewhouse with upscale bar food. This is one of our favorites for lunch and dinner. They brew on-site a selection of craft beers and seasonal selections. They have traditional bar foods with a flair, great burgers and sandwiches. Don't miss the Avocado-bomb!

The Cave in Big Bear Lake, CA presents "Which one's Pink?"
We here at Bear Haven Cabin love live music and we lover Pink Floyd. We have seen this band a few times and are blown away at how good they sound and the show they put on. The Cave is the premier spot for music and drinks, located in the Village the heart of downtown Big Bear. Check it out and come stay with us. The Oakside restaurant in Big Bear, CA
We love this place! Especially in summer when we can dine on the front patio and listen to live music during the lunch and dinner hours. The food is great and the cocktails are even better. They have handcrafted unique cocktails, one of my favorites is called "Swinging from the Pines". It is a whisky blueberry concoction that is fabulous and strong. I have had the American Wagyu sliders and Suzie likes the street tacos. Your diet will not be happy if you order the mac n cheese tater tots, but your tummy will love you! Reservation are a must for weekend dinners.
Big Bear Alpine Zoo, Big Bear Lake, CA
This is a must see zoo. All the animals at the zoo are rescue animals that can no longer survive in the wild. All kinds of animals from bobcats, to birds, to grizzly bears, to snow leopards are on view. This zoo is amazing and personal to us at Bear Haven, There is a great horned owl there named Mason, we discovered him in our backyard one morning. A human had injured him, so we brought him to the zoo and they gave him care and a place to live out his life. Bear Haven Cabin has been a proud supporter of the zoo for many years now. Less than 10 minutes from Bear Haven.
