On our cottage-court grounds, you’ll find a sandy oceanfront beach, a children’s playground, and a seasonal swimming pool—all for our guests to enjoy.
Please note: Geri’s Place is a family-oriented setting, so party groups are not permitted.

For more than 50 years, Geri’s Place Cottages have been welcoming families and friends to the Outer Banks. Located at Milepost 21 in South Nags Head, our cottages are close to popular local attractions while still offering a peaceful escape from the busier beach areas.

NEIGHBORHOOD POOL

1) The pool is available for Geri’s Place owners and their guests.
2) Open daily until dusk.
3) The pool operates from May through October.
4) Please abide by the pool rules posted along the fence.
Note: Pool availability is managed by the neighborhood association, not us. It may close at any time for maintenance, weather, or other reasons beyond our control.


FIRES
1) Please do not have fires anywhere on or under the cottage.
2) Fires are only allowed by a “Pit Fire Permit” obtained from the Fire Department.
3) Permits are issued between 5pm and 9pm at the South Nags Head Station 21, located at 8806 S Old Oregon Inlet Road.


PETS AT THE COTTAGE
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! To help keep the cottage and beach enjoyable for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
1) Keep bedroom doors closed when not in use.
2) Pets should not be left closed inside bedrooms or bathrooms.
3) Dogs are welcome on the Nags Head beaches year-round but must remain on a leash no longer than 10 feet.
4) Please remember to clean up after your pets.
