Welcome to Pasadena! This is a newly remodeled unit with two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom. You will have your own private entrance and one parking spot! Recently added a new animal leg rest and a full body sized mirror! Exciting!
Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a nice and delicious meal. Stove, microwave, coffee maker, and etc. Please remember to clean up after your meals. There is a dishwasher to help you with dishes too if you need it. Appreciate your help!
Private bathroom with glass enclosed shower.
The master room features a king bed, small sofa, and a dresser with mirror. I am still decorating this room, so when you arrive, the room may look slightly better/worst. Shooting for the former impression though!
The smaller room with queen bed. This room also features a computer desk with a 27" monitor for hooking up to your laptop. Please remember to bring your own HDMI cable!

Large kitchen with huge sink and dishwasher. Plenty of countertop space for meal preparations.
Cozy area that sits four comfortably! Be sure to reference the four boxes for house/kitchen rules and referral codes for food delivery services!
Gas stove top with microwave range hood (and a toaster on the side!)
Knife set, hot water boiler, coffee maker, paper towels, and toasters.
Sets of bowls, plates, cups, and wine glasses. Utensils and other kitchenware are provided as well!
Coffee, filter, salt & pepper, and cooking oil. All the basics you need! I have cream and sugar coming too!
Full bathroom with glass enclosed shower. My favorite is probably the Simplehuman soap pump. It is very ergnomic!
Vanity with wood styled mirror.
50" Samsung smart TV with back light behind the TV. Having this helps reduce the big contrast between the TV and the wall. Definitely improves the comfort of tv watching!
Custom made desk area for your work from home experience, browsing on the internet, or simply a reading area. I hope you enjoy this space as much as I enjoyed making it!
Another picture of the desk area. On the upper right corner, there is a grommet with 2 AC plug and 2 USB plugs. Makes plugging into your electronic devices easy and convenient!

The nook area adjacent to the living room. This area sits one very comfortably with privacy and sheer blinds. Enjoy your morning coffee here!
The kitchen with only accent lights on. You can tell that it remains comfortably lit for casual night conversations. Really adds to the mood!

The desk area with the 27" monitor. Bring your own HDMI cable!
The queen bed with two touch control night stand. The AC remote is by the bed so adjusting the temperature will be very easy and convenient.
Curtains to a small walk in closet.
Each touch control night lamp features 2 USB charging ports and an AC port. No more looking for that outlet behind the night stand!
The bigger room with the king bed! Also features two touch control night stand lamp. This room also has a small sofa and a dresser with a mirror. I am still decorating the room, so hopefully it is to your taste when you arrive!
Every room features an air conditioning / heating unit in order to make you most comfortable. Remember to turn it off when you're not in the room to conserve energy though! Save the earth!

Parking area is inside my backyard. Please make sure you park like this so everyone can get in and out easily.

Estimated traveling time for attractions in Los Angeles. It's impossible to include everything, but hopefully this will give you a good sense :).
My place is very close to route 267, where it can take you to old town Pasadena and connecting train to Union Station (central station). Walking from house to Sierra Madre Villa station is around 10~13 minutes. More info at metro.net.
