Just 1.5 miles from the University of Arizona and 10 minutes from downtown! Bring your own bike! This casa is also placed by a popular bike path connecting 9 parks and 10 schools including the UofA.

➤ This cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath comes with a private pool and high brick walls. Giving you a feeling of comfort and privacy. A home away from home.

➤ Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and bake. Utensils, pots and pans, silverware, etc.

➤ The living room and bedrooms are fully equipped with smart T.V.s. and/or Roku's. All you need to do is sign in with your account. Disney+ and Discovery+ guest accounts will be an option.

➤ Our bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized memory foam beds and memory foam gel pillows, ensuring you will have a great night's sleep.

Guest access
The home, laundry room, and private backyard will be entirely yours to relax in.

There is no access to the garage.

Other things to note
➤The back patio has high walls for complete privacy. The Pool and Hot Tub are NOT shared.

➤The Pool is not heated but enjoy our newly installed hot tub instead

➤Cameras are not installed on the property, but there is a noise monitor inside that measure decibels to ensure our neighbors are respected after hours. If the noise exceeds a certain point (loud music or parties) I will be notified and will contact you.
