The API Integration Fee is getting to be an issue. Owners really can't say eliminate fees or even call it much more than a savings in fees from Airbnb and VRBO. I am alos finding that the integration is very slow and is dangerous when our guests book on Houfy and it does not integrate with our PMS, OwnerRez and therefore VRBO and Airbnb. Not showing booked dates can be a real problem. Guest are paying for the integration $267 in my most recent booking and the dates are not blocked in VRBO or AIRBNB hours later. Not good.
