We are over 2000 completed listings! Thank you all for supporting us. Can we get to 2500 by the end of this year? Houfy will be free for a while. I will remove the 2020 date at add listing. We need to see much more activity. We still have a lot of work to do in 2019. Thanks T & S

We were just in Amsterdam and stayed at a B&B that was a home, with two separate apartments for short term stays. The map and and the wording in this article are clearly setup to be negative toward short term rentals. The map makes it look like the entire city is short term rentals. From my visit I dont think that was the case. I also dont think we disturbed the neighborhood. This article uses words like illegal, violation and against the laws. Amsterdam law allows for rental of your property for a total of about 60 days in the year, with 4 people maximum in a property. Wow that is restrictive.
As vacation home owners this is something to watch. Restrictive laws in my area would be a big problem for me.
Would it be possible to create a searchable site for a subset of homes in 1 subdivision. I live in a resort with many individual owner who rent their homes. We would like to have a link where people can only search the homes in our community. If this is possible, how much would this cost on an annual basis? We all have many different PMS from ownerrez to lodgify.
I just imported my reviews from Airbnb but it's not showing on Houfy yet, how soon would it start to display.
