The spacious dining area boasts a sturdy solid wood table with generous seating for up to 10 guests 🍽️. Adjacent to it, the kitchen island provides seating for an additional 4 people. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and a generously sized refrigerator/freezer. For your caffeine fix ☕, we have you covered with both traditional drip coffee and convenient coffee pods.

Each of the four bedrooms 🛏️ exudes a magazine-worthy charm, showcasing luxurious bedding and an abundance of extra pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. Wall-mounted televisions 📺 in each bedroom provide the perfect setup for binge-watching your favorite shows or enjoying a movie. Ample closet space is available for your convenience, allowing you to fully unpack and unwind. The king-sized bedrooms each boast an ensuite bathroom with a spacious, opulent walk-in shower 🚿. While many refer to this area as "Broken Bow," it is within the charming town of Hochatown where our cabins reside. Hochatown is a small town bursting with boundless excitement and adventure, where the art of glamping reigns supreme ⛺.

Immerse yourself in the wonders of Hochatown, where opportunities for outdoor exploration abound. Embark on exhilarating hikes 🥾 through the breathtaking Kiamichi Forest, with trailheads just a short drive from the cabin area. Delight in the thrill of boating 🚤 on the pristine waters of Broken Bow Lake, discovering hidden coves and picturesque vistas. Indulge in the allure of the region's wineries 🍷, uncovering new flavors and experiences. Plus, Hochatown offers an array of captivating attractions to discover and enjoy.

◆ Boat Slip 🚤◆ The cabin is located approximately 8-10 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip.

Maximum Occupancy: 24. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.

Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted 🚫, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.

Pets 🐾: Up to 2 dogs no more than 40 lbs. each. When you book through the site and arrive with 2 pets, the first pet fee of $50 will be collected at booking and that amount is presented in the nightly rate. The second pet fee of $50 will be collected through the resolution center or our API-integrated processing system.

A $300 security deposit 💳 will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don't worry — we don't believe in holding guests "hostage." We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.

The deposit will be processed through a software-integrated third-party property management service, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the platform, including email and messaging.

If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a "test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the "actual security hold" will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement ✍️.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras 📷; one is above the main and side entrances, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time: No Smoking or Vaping of any kind 🚭, No Fireworks Permitted 🎆🚫, No Parties!

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet 📶, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills 🍖. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out 🧼.

The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.

Welcome to the "wasp season" 🐝 from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.

Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!

Please note that this is a forested area 🌲 and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit 🔥.
