- Features a modest but comfortably furnished, well stocked, 3bd 2ba mobile home. Sleeps up to 8 guests with the use of 2 roll away cots.

- This is a very gently sloping lot with easy access to the water for swimming, boating, or fishing.

- Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has 2x twin beds, and bedroom #3 has a queen bed. There are also twin-sized fold up cots in the closets of bedrooms #1 & #3.

- Full kitchen with dishwasher.

- In addition to bath towels and linens, beach towels provided, but it is suggested that you bring your own. Please do not use bath towels outside.

- The parking area has a LOT of space. We have had 4 trucks with trailers parked side by side with room for other vehicles in front of them. Parking can be very limited around the lake, but here'll you'll find ample room.

- The Pavilion is included with rental. It is a great place to have a picnic, stage your outdoor gear, or enjoy a screened-in view of the lake, day or night. Please do not leave wet towels/clothes on the wood furniture - instead, please use the towel rack inside the pavilion.

- The wood stove in the Pavilion has been professionally cleaned and serviced and is available for use.
Located on a quiet cove with minimal boat traffic. Located right off main lake. Once at the mouth of the cove (~ 300 yds from property), Eatons Ferry Bridge is in sight. You do NOT have to go under a bridge to access the main lake.
Plenty of free parking on site.

There is trash pickup service on site with 1 trash container provided. Please place all trash in this container. If trash container is full, guests are required to remove all trash from property. The closest trash center is the Warren County Trash & Recycling Center at 1698 Eaton Ferry Rd, Littleton, NC 27850.

All trash must be discarded inside trash bin or removed from property at the end of your stay. Please do NOT leave trash outside of, or overflowing from trash can.
The lot is shaped like a peninsula with ~400 feet of shoreline. You will have exclusive access to the whole lot including mobile home, pavilion, & dock.

We do not own the boat ramp immediately adjacent to the property, but you may use it to launch/retrieve your boat.

*Note, some larger boats (very wide, long, and/or a deep draft), ex center console or large wake boats, may be challenging to launch at this ramp. Bass boats, pontoon boats, and ski boats are all launched and retrieved regularly without issue.
