There is NO ground level entrance into Allen House. There are stairs to every entrance. Allen House IS NOT suitable for those who struggle to climb stairs.

Allen House is a stacked duplex with two units. The rental is in the top unit and the owners live in the bottom unit. Each unit is entirely independent from the other. There's no shared living space between units. The backyard and laundry room are common areas for everyone to use

I enjoy running our business from home while I homeschool our two girls.
