This luxury and spacious 4-bed holiday home features sea and mountain views, two large terraces with outdoor seating and dining, modern amenities, and access to two communal pools with lounges and seating areas, plus a fully fitted gym.

The space
Nestled in the beautiful suburb of Higgovale, at the foot of Table Mountain, this apartment offers an elevated holiday experience. This duplex apartment is a +/- 5 minute drive from the Table Mountain Cableway and less than minutes from Camps Bay Beach.

Upstairs, the air-conditioned living area has seating for eight, a TV, and a dining area with seating for ten, complemented by a modern kitchen with a gas hob, breakfast bar, and separate scullery. This space opens onto the outdoor terrace, where further dining and seating create the perfect setting for relaxation against a backdrop of mountain and partial sea views.

Four bedrooms feature dedicated bathrooms and ceiling fans. Downstairs, the primary suite includes a king-size bed, desk, seating for two, air-conditioning, and a bathroom with a bath, double shower, and double vanity. Also located downstairs, two twin bedrooms share a large mountain-view terrace with the main suite, while the fourth bedroom upstairs features a queen-sized bed and desk area. The remaining bathrooms offer showers and single vanities.

Guests also enjoy access to two communal pools with sun loungers and seating areas, as well as a communal gym, perfect for unwinding or staying active during your stay.
