Spread over two floors, features a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and three comfortable bedrooms, two doubles and one with two single beds, along with two full bathrooms.

The house is fitted with air conditioning and heating via split units, ensuring comfort year-round, and high-speed WiFi keeps you connected. Natural light fills the house throughout the day, enhancing its warm and airy feel.

Guests can relax on the furnished terraces, the upper terrace includes a dining table for meals or gatherings, while the lower terrace offers a peaceful spot to unwind.

Note:
- Please note that access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase with sharp edges. Although there is a handrail and horizontal ropes, there are still wide gaps, as shown in the photos, so guests should take extra care.
- There is a small step at the entrance to the living room.
- Heating and cooling are provided via split units.
