Our newly refreshed 4-bedroom, 3-bath Topsail Beach home is just 200 feet from Beach Access #11, with ocean views from both porches and an easy walk to restaurants, coffee, ice cream and more.

Designed with families in mind, the home features three king bedrooms plus a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk and trundle. Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are included, along with beach chairs, a beach cart, boogie boards, cooler, cornhole and other beach gear.

One of our favorite spots is the top porch, where four Pawleys Island hammock swings overlook the ocean—the perfect place for morning coffee or winding down after a day on the beach.

Just bring your clothes, groceries and sunscreen. We’ve taken care of the rest.
