The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. On the second floor is the second flat, also about 60 m² in size. It consists of a 35 m² eat-in kitchen with a sofa bed for two persons, a bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm) and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and refrigerator with freezer. Fireplaces are not in use. The house has a laundry room with washing machine.

Shops and a bar nearby. An excellent restaurant is only 30 metres away. The Val di Farma nature reserve, known for its river and waterfalls, where it is also possible to bathe, is about 1 km away. Other places of interest include: Siena (35 km), the Maremma coast (40 km), San Galgano (15 km), Massa Marittima (25 km) and the Petriolo thermal baths (15 km). The hills surrounding the area are ideal for cycling, walking and mushroom picking, surrounded by lush greenery.
