Surf Club 1 is the perfect destination for those who are looking for a quiet, unspoiled oasis away from the hustle and bustle of some of the more crowded, more built-up beach destinations. The resort has 3 pools (2 heated), tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and bocce ball courts, a dock onto the intracoastal for kayaking and paddleboarding, a bike trail, and a private beach.
Plenty of restaurants, shopping and other activities are within short driving distance:
Publix is 3 miles away. Palm Coast, with a wide variety of restaurants and stores, is 15 minutes away. Historic Saint Augustine, the nation's oldest city, is about 30 minutes to the north. Eclectic Flagler Beach is 20 minutes south. Thirty minutes to the south is the action of Daytona Beach and the International Speedway.
Several county and state parks and a public boat ramp are nearby. Swim with the dolphins and see the animals at Marineland just a mile away. Outlet shopping is just a short drive north of St. Augustine.
