Welcome to La Romantique, a home that encloses the authentic soul of the island. Situated in a typical construction of the eighteenth century, this structure has a fascinating history: until the 1970s it hosted the historic carpentry of the village. In the 1980s it was transformed into a refined vacation retreat, taking the name it still bears today.

Arivo and Identity:

Walking along the historic street, you will immediately recognize the entrance by the famous tile of the ceramist Rubino on the outside: a piece of art mentioned in the guides as an example of excellence of the Capri craftsmanship. After the typical green solid wood door, you will enter a world of peace and discretion.

Completely restored in 2023, the house
the original architectural charm with the most modern living standards. The spaces are spread over two levels, designed to offer an intimate atmosphere, fresh, and protected from outdoor chaos.

The rooms in question (3 bedrooms + bathroom and kitchen) have independent access and are equipped with a lock.

For guests of our B&B on the patio there is an outdoor shower with hot water and a washing machine.

To ensure you have a peaceful stay and to preserve the residential character of the house, we kindly ask you to observe these small points of consideration:

* Guests and Conviviality:
We would be delighted if you would like to invite a small number of friends over for dinner or an aperitif! We only ask that you let us know in advance, as a simple matter of courtesy and for the safety of the building.
It is understood that the space may not be used for parties and, most importantly, that no unregistered guests (i.e., those not included in the original reservation) may stay overnight.

* Mandatory Registration:
As required by Italian law, upon arrival, you must show the government-issued IDs of all guests who will be staying in the house for reporting to the Public Security authorities.

* Intended use:
The house is a retreat dedicated exclusively to tourism and relaxation.
Use of the premises for professional or commercial activities or for purposes other than a tourist stay is not allowed.
Inappropriate behavior or violations of the intended use (such as using the home as a base for undeclared activities) will result in immediate termination of the stay, with forfeiture of the refund and the security deposit.

* Peace and Quiet: As this is a historic building with neighbors who value tranquility, we kindly ask you to keep noise down after 11:00 p.m., especially at the entrance through the green door.
