Rehoboth Beach vacation rentals

This condo is so nice! It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and big, the shower was great. Having a full kitchen is always a fantastic thing on vacation. Also, the half bath is a bonus! The location is fantastic…very close to Rehoboth and Dewey. Not having to go over the bridge into the busier part of Rehoboth (other than to do a Giant run our first day) really saved us a lot of time. We were close enough to actually walk into the shopping/eating part of Rehoboth and to walk to Dewey. The swimming pool at the complex is big and nice. The back deck overlooking the pond is very nice! We really loved the whole unit and are glad to have more trips planned to stay there.

We were taking a family trip and this was the perfect place to stay. You honestly never know how it will go booking a house, but this rental far exceeded every expectation. The home is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and so clean. It is also very well equipped. We took so much stuff that we didn't need because it was already there. Every detail is thoughtfully planned. The kitchen had everything. The towels were nice and fluffy. There are charging stations by every bed, hair dryers, paper products, random things like scissors, you name it. The wifi worked great, which was a huge necessity for those of us who needed to work (unfortunately haha) while on vacation. Our group had 3 sisters, 1 of our husbands, 1 grandma, and our 4 children ages 5-10. A lot of rentals way overstate the sleeping numbers. This was perfect for our group of 9. The pool is nice and close to the house. The location worked great for the things we had planned to do while in the area. Lauren was a great host and always in contact with us. We would recommend this home to anyone and would absolutely stay here again.

One word - AMAZING! Wanted to have a girls getaway and to have my dog visit the beach for the first time. Crazy how limited the options for dog friendly hotels / BNBs in the area so was happy to find this! Steps away from the ocean, short drive to the main strip. Super quiet/safe street and unit, and the owners are so communicative and are available every step of the way with helpful check in/check out messages & even suggesting things you might need. For example we came on a weekend where it snowed 12 inches (crazy I know), but the owners were amazing with any concerns about what the weather would cause. They even had the driveway plowed for us so we were able to leave with no issues at all. The neighborhood was already plowed as well. If we had any questions they responded immediately. Go ahead and book this place ASAP cause they’ll certainly fill up! My only tip for those who book it in the future is the fridge is a medium sized fridge, so we did end up re-packaging our two large Grottos pizzas to fit them there.

Perfect location and space for us.. short bike ride to both Dewey and Rehoboth . Would definitely recommend if you want to stay close to Dewey but also have a quiet spot. Appreciated the clean smell upon arrival :)

We had a fantastic stay! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the boardwalk in a charming, beautiful town with plenty of great shopping and dining options. The beach was clean, never too crowded, and perfect for relaxing days in the sun. The condo itself has a cozy vintage vibe and was absolutely spotless. It was well-stocked with everything you might need to cook a full meal, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful selection of games and puzzles that kept the whole family entertained in the evenings. Donna was a wonderful host—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The staff at the complex were also very polite and friendly, always happy to chat or lend a hand. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back beach getaway with all the comforts of home!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect – close to the beach, making it so easy to enjoy sunrise walks and relaxing days by the water with our sweet pup, Oakley. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. We loved having access to the community pool as well (loved doing laps in the mornings) – it was clean and never too crowded, which made it perfect for winding down in the evenings. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely book again for a peaceful and convenient beach getaway!

Donna’s home in Rehoboth was the perfect getaway for our family including small children, parents and grandparents. The location is quiet but so close and convenient to restaurants, shops, the beach, rides and all the excitement the area has to offer. The two parking spots were very useful and it was no problem to store our beach items there after we came off the sand. The property is well maintained and we saw the caretaker cleaning and tending to the common areas often. The unit itself was so clean. We loved the porch outdoor area and spent a ton of time there. We loved the grilled and picnic tables and that there was a nice clean pool as well. Donna was so nice to speak with and kept in communication in case we needed anything. Her instructions prior to check in were very informative and helpful. We hope to come back and rent again next year!

We had the VERY BEST week on our vacation - largely due to this beautiful rental home and Todd + Yvette's attention to detail. It is hard to describe the wonderful time we had! From the comfortable accommodations to location to weather - it truly was perfect. Not only is the house large and spacious but it was beautifully decorated, modern + didn't feel like a rental! There was space to spread out, space to dine together + space to retreat to your own bedroom. We especially enjoyed the large open kitchen, dining, living room which made it easy for hanging out + space for the kids to play. We loved the outdoor showers, very short walk to the beach [it is short- even the littles didn't complain!] + eating on the front porch. Todd + Yvette had wonderful suggestions on what to do + see. We rented bikes for the week which made seeing Dewey + Rehoboth easy. They offered suggestions on a linen rental service + beach yoga contact - both were lovely. We also did a catered seafood boil on the porch one night + a bonfire on the beach another - big hits with the group. Walking into a rental home with a group of 20 can be a scary process - what if it doesn't live up to the online reviews or owner description?! I can assure you this is NOT the case with this home - it exceeded every expectation + review. You can tell Todd + Yvette care about this home which is reason why we were able to enjoy it so much - if you aren't able to return the respect and care for the home, it isn't rental for you! Our only note would be to keep in mind that the upstairs bedroom with 4 twin beds is not completely closed - it is private + secluded but there is not a door from stairway. We can't wait to return in future!
