This beautiful 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and offers a private waterfront setting with a dock, boat lift, WaveRunner lift, complimentary kayaks and bicycles, fishing gear, and beach gear—all while placing you approximately a 10-minute walk from Indian Rocks Beach.

Waterfront Living

Villa Azule offers generous indoor-outdoor spaces designed for relaxing and enjoying Florida by the water.

Step outside to your private waterfront setting, relax by the canal, launch a kayak, fish from the dock, or simply enjoy the views. Boating guests have access to a private dock with boat and WaveRunner lifts, subject to advance arrangements and compatibility requirements.

Guests wishing to use either lift should contact us before arrival. We will provide contact information for the marine lift company so any necessary arrangements can be made. Any charges imposed by that independent provider are the guest’s responsibility.

The Space

At approximately 2,646 square feet, Villa Azule provides plenty of room for families and groups to spread out while still enjoying time together.

The open-concept living area creates a comfortable gathering space for relaxing, dining, and entertaining. Large living spaces, quality furnishings, and thoughtful coastal décor complement the home’s waterfront setting.

Villa Azule features four bedrooms and accommodates up to 10 overnight guests, including two king primary bedrooms and additional comfortable sleeping accommodations.

Walk to Indian Rocks Beach

One of Villa Azule’s greatest advantages is its location.

Indian Rocks Beach is approximately a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to enjoy a morning at the beach, return home for the afternoon, and head back to the Gulf for sunset without having to drive and search for beach parking.

Restaurants, casual dining, shops, and local favorites are also nearby. The local beach trolley stops near 8th Avenue and Gulf Boulevard, providing another convenient way to explore the surrounding beach communities.

Dock, Kayaks, Bikes & Beach Gear

Villa Azule makes it easy to enjoy both sides of the Indian Rocks Beach lifestyle.

Guests receive complimentary use of 2 kayaks, 4 beach bikes, fishing gear, and beach gear. Paddle from your waterfront retreat, explore the neighborhood by bicycle, fish from the dock, or grab the beach equipment and walk to the Gulf.
