Book it! You won't regret it. We spent a full month at Grace's property - it is clean, updated and perfectly designed for Airbnb'ers. We loved waking up to beautiful ocean sunrises, sipping coffee on the patio, and listening to the calming sounds of the ocean from the master bedroom. Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants and grocery shopping in walking distance. There is a hotel nearby that offers paddle boarding, surf lessons, boogieboards... we took advantage of the paddle boarding and it was an absolute blast! The layout is great. Having a main second level patio gives you the opportunity to view a lot of ocean life. Many days we would see dolphins and birds (ospreys?) diving in to catch fish. (We definitely recommend bringing a pair of binoculars with you!) We also caught several SpaceX launches - very cool to see, people wander out to the beach to watch the action, but you'll have just as good of a view from the patio. We loved that the bedrooms were "upstairs" (a perk for families that have a blend of morning/night owls), a full bath up, along with a full bath down. Bonus, particularly if you have up to 6 guests - there is an additional sink in the master bedroom. Other things we appreciated: Nice leather furniture, well place lamps/lighting, soft towels, coffee pot, crockpots, seating for 6 at the kitchen bar. Also, fast internet and well placed outlets to charge devices! We had no issues parking 2 cars, and the heated pool is an added bonus for anyone staying over the winter months, particularly with kids. There's a nice gated pool area so kids are watchable from all views, along with tables/umbrellas and lounge chairs (a lot of pools around this area are not heated - generally way too cold for kids/anyone in the winter) One of our best Airbnb's yet. We look forward to staying here again!

We walked into an apartment that was impeccably clean and so inviting. Mark was great at communicating even before we arrived. Specific directions made it easy, I didn't have to think about how things would operate. When I did have a question, I received a prompt response.Amenities provided made it easy to travel light-shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow drier, laundry supplies.The kitchen was minimally but efficiently stocked. We had everything needed to make meals when desired. The grill with tools, as well as charcoal, was great too. Coffee, creamer, sugar- all there. The mattress was extra firm and the pillows thick and plush. The stairs were a bit steep so if you have knee or hip problems, request a lower unit. Great location made for easy access to the beach, downtown, visiting family , exploring... There are so many trails and sanctuaries/reserves. A place I would recommend.

If I could give Mark 10 stars, I would. Mark was an incredible host and guide. My husband and I have been traveling and we had a really bad Airbnb experience from the previous Airbnb. Mark assured me that he would improve our experience with his Airbnb and he fulfilled his word. My husband, who loves to design, build, and create, kept saying, “He (Mark) did such a great job.” My husband loved the stylish touches and design of the Airbnb. What to expect: -Each individual parking for each unit that corresponds to your unit. -We loved the color coordinating with each unit. We stayed in unit A (orange). We loved the color coordinating and design for the assigned unit's color. -We absolutely loved (LOVED) the bamboo sheets. Not only is the bed comfortable, but the sheets are amazing! I asked Mark where he got them and he so kindly sent me the link. -Cleanliness: 10+. I was a little nervous staying at AirBNB’s during the pandemic; especially after my previous experience with another AirBNB (it was bad, y'all). So I asked Mark if his unit was COVID friendly (meaning everything was sanitized, etc.) Not only was he kind enough to assure me, I felt so much better staying at his unit because everything looked and *felt* so clean. -Mark sent a great link that offered restaurant ideas/suggestions within close proximity of the AirBNB. I highly recommend this cute little Airbnb. If hubby and I visit Melbourne, FL in the future, we will definitely be staying with Mark again, if he will have us. Thank you, Mark, for being an incredible host!

We were so impressed with this place. Mark thought of everything! Every toiletry item was there, plenty of pillows to choose from, different thicknesses of blankets to choose from, and all the kitchen supplies we needed were there. My favorite part was not having a big list of chores for us to do when we checked out. A true vacation for me! I absolutely LOVED the yellow theme and felt happy coming "home" from a busy day of having fun. I felt safe in the neighborhood we were in. I could live there. Mark is an amazing host! He was very quick to respond to questions and easy to work with. he sent clear instructions on how to get to the house, where to park, how to get in, etc. I would 100% stay here or anywhere Mark hosts again. Thanks Mark for the great experience!

We visited our son who is at Florida Institute of Technology from the UK in our first ever Airbnb. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos & was within easy walking distance to shops & restaurants of Downtown & also the causeway; great location in that respect. It would be wrong to not mention the horns of trains that go through during the day & night, we counted 7 on one night. The sound of the trains themselves is not a problem but the horns are very loud & continue for a few minutes at a time. I realise this is not something that can be changed & the hosts have provided a white noise machine to help. We bought earplugs after a couple of sleepless nights & were able to get sleep in what was a very comfortable bed. The apartment has everything you would need, including laundry room & a very welcome coffee machine. I loved not having to carry a key. The sofa could be a little more comfy but nothing to worry about. Communication, cleanliness, & facilities 100%. Thank you.

Beautiful antique property with a spectacular view of the creek and with very adorable and endearing beach/nautical theming. The common areas with the other units are comfortable and have remarkable aesthetics, with chairs facing the water where you can see the wildlife in and out of the water, a very remarkable sight while having a morning coffee. There’s even a cute chicken coop on the property! The unit itself was very private and cozy with blackout curtains for optimal privacy, which could be moved aside to allow daylight. The unit was exceptionally well stocked, they provided toiletries, towels for showering and for the beach, a coffee maker (stocked with coffee packets, creamer, stirrers, sugar, and porcelain cups), a refrigerator, and a Roku TV that most of the notable streaming apps. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept like babies. The bathroom, while small, satisfied our needs just fine. There’s a charging hub with USB ports for all your major devices and reliable WiFi. The location is stellar. It’s a block away from the city center that has cute shops and restaurants, and a block away from the bridge that takes you to the beach. We came to the area to visit the Space Center (an hour away) and it was very easy to get to from the property. Mark was an amazing host. While we didn’t get the opportunity to meet face to face, we stayed in touch through the app and expressed our satisfactions and concerns. He was open to hear our opinions and encouraged feedback. The correspondence was very friendly and I’m extremely thankful to experience such outstanding hospitality. Overall, the coziness and theming impressed me the most. It felt more than just a place to sleep, it was an amazing property that sold the aesthetics of the immediate environment with its charming nautical theming and stunning riverside views. Along with Mark’s stellar friendliness, this makes for a terrific and affordable property to stay at when visiting the Space Coast.

We loved our stay at the Crane Creek Inn. It has character and the riverfront location was perfect for nature watching... we saw pelicans dive into the river all day long, as well as a dolphin and a manatee ! We had the Mangrove room which had a great private sitting area outside facing the river, with some great chairs . They also have some lovely Adirondack chairs right on the river front for relaxing and nature watching. The room furnishings were very tasteful, the bed was comfortable, there a microwave and mini fridge...and we appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker and the pods...it made some great strong coffee for the mornings! Pool towels were also provided for our dips in their small pool. They also had kayaks to use which was a real plus ! And one of my fav things about this place was the chickens in their own customized coop!! They were very entertaining and relaxing. The location was ideal for walking to the downtown restaurant area and just a short drive across the bridge to get to the beachs. As they mention in their listing , there are trains that go by every now and then across the river not too far away... but they never woke us up or bothered us very much. The pluses for us were too many to let this bother us. Overall we felt Crane Creek Inn was a very nice place to relax ....it made us feel like we were on vacation ! :)

I can not recommend the Dolphin Suite enough. Mark and Cheryl are wonderful host from timely communication to everything they provide at their lovely suite in Melbourne, FL. It is pristine as well as decorated in a unique beach getaway style. There are soft linens, plenty of fluffy pillows, on a comfortable king size bed. Plenty of soft bath towels, washcloths, and separate pool towels are provided. There was also a lovely tray of bath necessities in case you forget yours. Coffee maker with multiple flavored pods was available as well. I am amazed at how thoughtful Mark and Cheryl are at providing these little extras that mean so much when you are away from home. The value of this suite was exceptional as well. You have a good size comfy couch near enough to watch the TV from. The TV has every streaming service you could ever want as well. The kitchen has full size fridge and stove/oven. There is a microwave as well. I saw a basket of eggs and a sign that says farm fresh eggs so I believe that’s what they are but I didn’t use them. Just another thoughtful touch from the hosts. There is a nice table by the window facing the river as well. The pool is steps from your front door and also kept very clean. You are close enough to downtown Melbourne to walk to many restaurants or shops and it was a nice four block walk through a peaceful neighborhood to the place I ate at. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
