The rain wall at the edge of the pool creates the perfect soundtrack to your relaxing vacation under our swaying shady palms in Fort Lauderdale.

I think we're calling this color combination Coconut Clash...but the jury is still out on that. Cascading Coconut? Coral Dream? Anyway, we love the new colors in and outside the home!

The entry and living room is a welcomed, friendly spot when arriving home. There is a 65" Haier Flatscreen TV with a Samsung sound system that can fill the room! Curl up with a book or watch your favorite shows in comfort.

The Breakfast Nook off the Screened-In Porch and adjacent to the kitchen is an easy favorite spot in the home. The outdoor fountain sets the cozy mood as you have a cup of coffee and prepare for the day.

Our Screened-In Porch off the Breakfast Nook and close to the Queen Suite is the part of the home that we love the most. Take a dip in the pool and then enjoy a relaxing time in this outdoor oasis.

We love the view from the back of the yard towards the house--especially from inside the hot tub with the rain wall nearby! There are so many spots to enjoy under the swaying palms.

Our Coral Queen Suite is a cozy room with closet and connected bathroom and shower. It's right off the Breakfast Nook and close to the kitchen

The cool shade of our outdoor dining space sits 6 people with great views of the backyard under a blue umbrella.

The high dining room table gives a great feeling of elegance in the home. Right off the kitchen and living room, this is the place where we have our best conversations!

I aways seem to get my best ideas sitting in this spot. Maybe it's the palm shadows? Maybe it's the running water of the rain wall? Whatever it is, it's working!

We love our galley kitchen. It's sort of the heart of the home--the central pipe-line. And steps away from anyone with a hungry belly.

It's the details, you know? Like how this wooden whale shark looks like he made that splash glass bowl just outside the golden tower.... Okay, maybe less coffee.

Full bathroom with tub shower conveniently located nearby the King and Queen Bedroom.

If you're not familiar with a Bismarck Palm (the big bluer one pictured here on the left) you will be after your visit. It's like that child you haven't seen in awhile...everytime you come close to it you swear it's gotten taller.

Our Breakfast Nook is the place we start our day. Catching up on the morning news with a cup of coffee and these chairs are exactly where we love to be.

The dining room with its high table and proximity to the kitchen and living room is a great pivot point for meals and the only place I want to discuss the difference between "affect" and "effect" ...The affect of the new decor has a welcomed effect.

The Coral Queen Suite. Or does Queen Coral sound better? (I think the Coral Queen would look great with an agave on her head. Jus sayin...)

The front driveway offers 2 spaces for your vehicles off the street. There is ample room for two full-sized SUVs. Did I mention the Bismarck Palm yet? Its bigger, right?

Washer and Dryer located in the kitchen--the heart of the coconut!

Hooks on walls--always a good idea! These are conveniently located in the Queen Bedroom right inside the French Doors connected to the backyard.
