A newly upgraded and well-designed layout for visitors, professionals, remote workers, or those looking for convenient temporary housing. You can also enjoy a private patio and front porch to enjoy the view and sunsets. Enjoy easy access to businesses, shopping and restaurants and a short 15- 20 min drive to the beach, Legoland, Oceanside Pier, and more.

This is a single story one bedroom, 1 bath guesthome that is next to a large home. You have a separate entrance and your own private 650 square foot living space.
