All rooms are located in the first-floor apartment. There are 7 steps on the exterior of the house to gain entry to the apartment. These steps make up the entry stoop and there's lighting via motion sensor for safety.

Governors Island offers food vendors, picnicking spots, festivals, views of NYC, and bicycling. All passengers ride free on Saturdays and Sundays before 12:00 PM noon. Catch the ferry from Manhattan at 10 South Street behind the Staten Island Ferry.

The most famous of New York City's ferries is also an excellent bargain! The Staten Island Ferry is free and provides unparalleled views of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, and Governors Island.

Questo bellissimo appartamento al primo piano, recentemente ristrutturato, è situato a pochi passi dal traghetto gratuito di Staten Island. Ristoranti, negozi e mezzi pubblici tramite autobus o treno sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Parcheggio gratuito a livello stradale e supermercato alimentare proprio di fronte alla strada. Ogni camera dispone di materassi in memory foam ultra comodi con TV a schermo piatto. Cucina completamente attrezzata con posti a sedere. Wi-Fi veloce. Breve tragitto per gli aeroporti. Tutte le camere si trovano al primo piano. L'appartamento ha una connessione internet Wi-Fi ultraveloce.

Public transportation is available walking distance via bus or train. The city bus stop is directly outside 50 feet away. The train stop is two blocks away.

Newark airport (EWR) in New Jersey is the closest airport with a 30-minute drive. John F. Kennedy (JFK) airport in NYC is the 2nd closest airport with a 40-minute drive. And LaGuardia (LGA) airport in NYC is the 3rd closest airport with a 50-minute drive. All times are without traffic delays. There is public transportation to all of these airports, which will be the less expensive option, but travel time will increase by about 1-hour so plan accordingly.

If driving in a vehicle, my favorite GPS is Google Maps. It gets you exactly where you need to be, and it also gives great suggestions with discovering new attractions such as a parks, restaurants, and entertainment.

If traveling by public transportation, I suggest the mobile app Citymapper. It will tell you step by step instructions on travel by public transportation in any city in the United States.

Also, if you are in a rush and don't have your own vehicle, there's always Uber and Lyft apps you can use on your mobile device.

If a rental car suits you, there is an Enterprise Rent-A-Car two blocks from the apartment.
