All bathrooms have underfloor heating and are fitted with high-quality ceramics and a glass shower. Each flat has a modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen and a wood-burning stove. SAT-TV is available in the living rooms and bedrooms. A WLAN connection is also available.

The flat has a balcony overlooking the garden - just 50 metres from Lake Sellin.
