The flat is just one kilometer from the beach and is perfectly situated near Via San Benedetto, where you can easily catch buses to Cagliari, the beach, or the center of Quartu. Around the flat, you’ll find a wonderful range of amenities—there are restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, bakeries, and pizza places all close by. In addition, Via San Benedetto is just a short walk—less than 300 meters—from Via Praga. Plus, you’re close to the lovely Parco di Volontarius, perfect for a relaxing stroll or some outdoor time
