This is a 3 different independent, Secure and Safe unit house.

This particular unit is unit 1, Located in front of the house, the other two units are at the back of the house. Please, you have no business going to the house of the house. Your parking space, Entrance and Everything is at the Front of the house.

This unit has Sun Room, 3 bedrooms, 3 beds Queens, Big living room, big kitchen, big dining area, nice patio, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom.

Other things to note
First, This unit Is Not Pets Friendly, So, No Pets is Allowed, but if and only if you have to have them, then there will be an additional fees for each pet.

Secondly, Long Stays are Welcomed, and any stay up to 14 days attracts additional extra deep cleaning fees of $250, and the deep cleaning will continue to occur after every 14 days.

Thirdly, This cleaning is for the good and well being of the guest and their hygiene, and secondly, we don’t want our house to look differently after your long stays.
