Il Condominio Melbourne Harbor si trova sul pittoresco Melbourne Harbor a Melbourne, Florida. Ci sono due ristoranti sul Melbourne Harbor, e il condominio è a solo un isolato dal centro storico di Melbourne, con negozi, intrattenimento e ristoranti.

L'unità #103 si trova sul lungomare, al piano terra--senza scale o ascensori da affrontare. Il parcheggio gratuito è letteralmente a pochi passi dalla porta anteriore e posteriore.

L'unità #103 è completamente arredata ed è dotata di una cucina completa, 2 TV, ventilatori a soffitto, sistemazioni per dormire fino a 4 persone e oltre 700 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo. È arredato in modo confortevole per darti quella sensazione di 'casa'.

C'è una piscina nei terreni, un piccolo parco dietro la porta e diversi altri parchi a distanza di cammino.

Abbiamo Spectrum Cable con internet ad alta velocità, un HDTV a grande schermo (più un secondo HDTV nella camera da letto) e un router wifi.

We have been residents of the Melbourne area for 40 years. We love the water and are avid sailors and members of Melbourne Yacht Club. We are currently retired and are enjoying traveling the world on a part-time basis. We spend the fall months in our condo, and rent it to others the rest of the year. It is our home, and we hope it will become your home away from home.
