We have a unique opportunity to offer you both our luxury vacation homes that are next door to one another.

Casa Del Sol is a 7 Bd/4bath 3800 sq ft of elegance and fun. It includes 3 master suites and a professional putting green to name just a few highlights.

Casa Del Paraiso is a 7 Bd/4ba 3200 sq ft of luxury and good times. It includes heated pool, 3 master ste., hot tub, putting green, & gaming garage.

Both homes have large, fenced backyards and are walkable to the beach and river.
We LOVE serving large reunions and celebrations. However, NOTE - this is NOT a party house or neighborhood. All guests are asked to be inside by 11:00pm to respect quiet hours (loud laughing at 1:00am carries easily and not fun for a neighbor who has to go to work the next day).

**43 - 75” TVs in 11 of the 14 bedrooms - Note these are Roku streaming TVs to be used with your OWN subscriptions. Cable/local TV is not offered**

Vilano is one of the nicest beaches in St. Augustine. It varies from gentle waves to play in as a family, but big enough to still surf! Vilano is a destination beach for locals and tourists from around the country. YET, our stretch of beach is always quiet and private because no public parking is allowed at the entrance!

**3 minute WALK to RIVER**

EPIC sunsets happen here that you don't want to miss! INCREDIBLE fishing spot also. Large, sandy beach area to relax on when tide is not all the way in.

**5 minute WALK to Cap’s Restaurant - best in St. Augustine**

**5 min. walk to Castle Ottis

**3 minute drive to public beach with bathrooms and showers**

**Between the two fenced in backyards (they share a fence) they include AMPLE seating, 2 charcoal grills, 2 fire pits, TWO professional putting green, enclosed heated pool, hot tub for 5, corn hole, 2 hammocks, & life size games**

**6 min. drive to Guana state park, Vilano pier, and Publix**

**10 min. drive to downtown St. Augustine**

CASA DEL SOL:

LAYOUT OF BEDROOMS: Since this is a large home with 7 true bedrooms we decided to design it in a way that would be most functional for any size group. Thus we remodeled 2 rooms to be “FLEX” rooms that can serve as a true bedroom or as a Living Room area. The following will help clarify what is offered in each room.

FIRST FLOOR

BEDROOM #1 - The Master Suite (sleeps 2)

King bed, Large desk, 75” Smart TV w/ soundbar, Separate sitting cozy nook, walk in closet, double vanity sinks, large walk-in shower with bench, whirlpool tub, separate toilet room within bathroom for privacy, sound machine, small library of books to enjoy for the week, ceiling fan

BEDROOM #2 - The Queen Murphy Room (FLEX ROOM) (sleeps 2)

Queen Murphy bed, Large custom couch, full length mirrored wardrobe, standing fan, sound machine, french doors leading into room that can be left open or locked shut

SECOND FLOOR

BEDROOM #3 - The Gray Room (King Bed with Ensuite) (sleeps 2)

King bed, 55” Smart TV, Bathroom is accessed through pocket door, large dresser, standard closet, sound machine, ceiling fan

BEDROOM #4 - The Ocean Bunk Room (sleeps 6 kids or 2 adults)

TWO Custome Full over Full Bunk beds (sleeps 8), HUGE foam bag, desk, standard closet, small selection of books and toys for a range of ages, standing fan, Sound and light machine that mimics being underwater

BEDROOM #5 - King Suite

55” Smart TV w/ soundbar, modest closet, ceiling fan

BEDROOM #6 - The Sunshine Room (King bed with Ensuite) (sleeps 2)

King bed, 55” Smart TV, bathroom is accessed through a pocket door, dresser, walk-in closet, sound machine, ceiling fan

BEDROOM #7 - The Purple Room Suite (sleeps 4)

TWO Queen beds, , private bathroom, 2 dressers, 55” Smart TV, sound machine, ceiling fan

BEDROOM #5 - Bunk Room (sleeps 8 kids or 4 adults on bottom Full size beds)

(2) Full over Full bunk beds, floor fan, no traditional closet, modest selection of toys and books.

POOL COTTAGE (attached to Casa del Paraiso)

Special note: We can accommodate special celebrations such as birthdays, wedding celebrations, graduations, etc. with extra daytime guests. However, please send inquiry before booking to see if our homes would be a good fit for your celebration.

We also rent each home separately.
