Sant Joan de Labritja vacation rentals

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The pictures reflect how nice and comfortable the villa is, which is perfect for a group of 10. The kitchen had everything you need, and the outdoor seating area was great for summer dining. All the rooms having en-suite bathrooms was a bonus too. The house itself is a 10 minute drive from Santa Gertudis, which we thought was a cute village with many nice shops, cafes and restaurants. It’s also easy to go to one of the many supermarkets nearby for supplies. I would make sure to have hired cars for everyone in the house as taxis won’t travel out to the house to pick you up, although they will drop you, and it’s about a 50 minute walk to Santa Gertudis. We were also grateful to have hired 4x4 cars, given the dirt track the house is on. These aren’t negatives of the house, just something to make sure you’re prepared for. It’s worth it though as the villa made our stay.

Wir haben uns in der Casa Playa wirklich wohl gefühlt. Den Kindern hat natürlich der Pool am besten gefallen. Wir fanden das Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, relativ schlicht aber sehr schön und gemütlich. Ganz bezaubernd ist auch die kleine Bucht Cala Llenya die direkt an die Terrasse angrenzt. In der kleinen Strandbar kann man erstaunlich gut Fisch essen. Das ganze Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und sauber. Es war bei unserem Aufenthalt Pfingsten manchmal etwas kühl, was im Sommer sicher ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Wenn man kleinere Kinder mit hat sollte man ein Babyphone mitnehmen, da es schon ein kleiner Weg vom Elternschlafzimmer nach unten ist. Einzig eine kleine Espresso Kanne wäre noch schön gewesen, da auf Ibiza nicht leicht ist Senseopads zu bekommen. Aber es gibt auch noch eine Filtermaschine und guten Cortado in der Strandbar. Das in der Nähe gelegene Sant Carles ist ebenfalls ein schönes Örtchen mit erstaunlich schönen Boutiquen für so ein kleines Dorf. Am Ortseingang ist auch Samstag immer der berühmte Hippiemarket. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Platz zum Urlaub machen, mit tollen Plätzen zum grillen chillen und planschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren im Rahmen einer betrieblichen Veranstaltung mit einer Gruppe von 16 Leuten dort. Das Anwesen ist so groß, dass man trotz der Anzahl an Personen dennoch seine Privatsphäre haben kann bzw. sich zurückziehen kann. Arno hat uns persönlich vor Ort mit Martin zusammen empfangen. Alles wurde in Ruhe erklärt und die Villa wurde bis ins kleinste Detail vorgestellt. Die Bilder waren schon sehr viel versprechend ... aber, die Realität der Villa und dieser atemberaubenden Kulisse vor Ort, mit dem Meer "unter den Füßen", dem riesengroßen Grünflächenareal mit traumhafter Bepflanzung und insgesamt die ganze Aufmachung der Villa - einfach nur traumhaft! Jeder, der ein kleines Fleckchen Garten zu Hause hat, weiß, wie viel Arbeit hinter der Pflege steckt. Umso bemerkenswerter ist es, dass das Grundstück durchweg perfekt gepflegt war! Danke, für diese tolle Zeit, die wir dort verbringen durften! An alle, die sich für diese Villa interessieren ... go for it! :-)

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus im Herzen der Stadt. Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Woche mit unseren Kindern verbracht und sind durch den täglichen Aufstieg auf den Berg richtig fit geworden. Sollten mal die Kräfte bei der Hitze schwinden kann man auch mit dem Taxi für 7€ vom Strand hochfahren. Die Kommunikation mit Arno hat auch reibungslos geklappt. Er war sehr bemüht sich um Anliegen zeitnah zu kümmern. Klare Empfehlung für ein paar entspannte Tage auf Ibiza. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

We had an amazing stay at Arno’s home near San Carles. The house is beautifully presented and furnished, and the view every bit as stunning as the photos suggest. It’s equipped with everything you could need, including chess sets, juicers and a choice of coffee machines! Susana was ready to greet us despite the late arrival of our flight and was so helpful, responding quickly to any enquiries we had and helping us get the best out of the area. The villa is in a hugely peaceful location, up a hill above San Carles village (hence the amazing view) – it’s only about a minute or two in the car but it’s steep in places and up an unfinished road so worth getting a decent hire car/SUV to get you up the hill. We only wished we could have stayed longer as waking up to that view was such a tonic. The area is also fabulous. San Carles village has everything you would want including a lovely bakery, pizza restaurant and gelateria, as well as the famous Anita’s Bar. We were a few km from loads of brilliant beaches, with Cala San Vincente being our favourite but Benirras also well worth the trip. Thanks a lot to Arno and Susana for a fantastic holiday - great hosts and nothing was too much trouble.

Just wanted to say what an incredibly beautiful property this was. The outdoor space was amazing with such a wonderful pool and surrounding chill out zones. The property is divided into 2 separate small villas, each so tasteful, spacious, with incredible views in all outdoor areas outside the rooms and plenty of various spaces to relax or eat. The pool was a godsend as we were there in the heatwave. The hosts and owners were extremely helpful and supportive to our every need. Nothing is too far away but a car is essential. Its is very quiet and private. We travelled with our 2 children and they really enjoyed the outdoor space and indoor areas. The kitchen was so well stocked too! Thank you all very much for a wonderful stay

Lovely private peaceful villa very close to Santa Gertrudis. Lots of space, looks like the photos, and great amenities for a family. Everything easy and simple to use with great local recommendations and knowledge in supplied house folder. The host, Arno, very responsive and proactive in managing arrival and departure. Highly recommend the property and the host.
