The space
Your apartment is separated from the owner's home. It has it's own entrance and exit to the back yard. With lots of parking space, you will feel complete privacy however, we are next door if there are any problems, supplies that you might need or if you just want to share a coffee.
The apartment is 932 sq. ft. or 87 sq meters.

Additionally, your exclusive fully fenced backyard is 7500 sq ft or 700 sq meters so your furry friend has lots of room to roam. We have 11 acres of wooded land with 2 kms of trails for you to explore. We are next to protected wetlands so it's very common to see deer, geese and in season, hawks, ducks, swans, eagles, turkey vultures, plus hundreds of song birds.

You have full use and privacy of the apartment and the 11 acres to explore.
Sorry, we do not allow motorized trail bikes or ATVs on the trails. We value quiet enjoyment of nature.

The keycode for front door access will be given to you prior to arrival.

Other things to note
We love furry friends. Please keep them on a leash when you are walking the trails for their own safety. There are lots of deer and other wild animals on the property and we don't want you to scare them and especially, we don't want your pets to disappear into the vast woodlands that surround us. Your exclusive fully fenced backyard is 7500 sq ft or 700 sq meters so your furry companion has lots of room to run.
The trails are easy for humans to walk, the surrounding wooded areas can be challenging.
Please note that we have trail and security cameras on the property plus there is now a Ring Doorbell beside the front door outside. There are no security cameras inside at all.
