Suvela - Sotkamo

A detached wooden holiday house built in 1982 and renovated in 2009, located on the shore of Lake Särkinen in Vuokatti. The property includes a private shore, a boat, and a pier.

The house has an area of 136 m², all on one floor. There is a separate kitchen with a dining table for 6-8 people, a baking oven, and a living room with a sofa bed (130 cm) for 1-2 people. There are three bedrooms, each with double beds that can be separated into single beds if needed. Additionally, one bedroom has a pull-out bed suitable for a child. There is a utility room with a ski waxing stand. The sauna has a wood-heated stove, and there is a shower and two separate toilets.

The property features large covered terraces, a gas grill, and outdoor furniture. The shore is shallow and partly soft. The plot is spacious, bright, and sunny with a lawn. It is in a peaceful location with beautiful views over the lake and towards the Vuokatti slopes.

Child-friendly amenities include a foldable travel cot and a high chair. An air source heat pump is available for heating and cooling.

The pier and grill are available during the summer season (May/June-September). Guests have access to a SUP board.
