🕒 Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Full arrival information and access details will be sent before your stay.

♨️ Hot Tub
The hot tub is available as an optional extra and should be arranged before arrival so it can be prepared in time for your stay. It takes a while to setup, clean, fill and startup.

🚗 EV Charging
EV charging is available on request. As the property uses a more eco-conscious energy setup, overnight charging is preferred where possible. type one and type two plugs available.

🛏 Sofa Beds
The lounge includes additional sofa bed sleeping space, and air beds are also available for larger groups. Bedding is prepared based on guest numbers included in the booking. Please request more bedding if you have more than 6 guests. 🙏

🌿 The Home
This is a cosy, lived-in home designed for relaxing stays rather than a hotel-style environment. Small signs of everyday use may occasionally be present, but the property is cleaned and prepared carefully before each arrival.

🐾 Pets
Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome downstairs. The enclosed garden gives pets a secure outdoor space to enjoy.

🏡 Location
The property is situated on a quiet residential street near local shops, cafés and everyday amenities. We kindly ask guests to respect neighbours, especially during late evenings and when using outdoor spaces.
